Department of Agriculture (DOA) is currently conducting a Survey of User's Satisfaction Towards MyPesticide System that will be conducted from 23 March 2018 – 6 April 2018 involve agents and companies . This questionnaire has been designed simply so that you can easily answer within a short length of time and can be accessed via the following link:
